1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products once downloaded

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at care@wellnesscounty.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange for a different size or product, follow the return process above and place a new order, or indicate “exchange” in your RMA request.
