At Wellness County, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 5 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:

Downloadable software or digital products once downloaded

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at care@wellnesscounty.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

You’re responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange for a different size or product, follow the return process above and place a new order, or indicate “exchange” in your RMA request.
